Consultation: After review of your personal history form, you will receive a Consultation, at which time it will be explained to you what we do, what we don’t do, what to expect and what you should not expect if you choose chiropractic care at this office.
Evaluation: A chiropractic evaluation focuses on the nerves system and the spine which protects it. The spine protects the brain stem, the spinal cord and the spinal nerve roots. Normal transmission of the nerve impulses is vital to the function of your entire body. All of these structures work together and are intimately related. So, your evaluation is focused on your nerves system and its protective spinal structures, regardless of what symptoms you do or do not have at any given time.
Research has proven that the most common spinal misalignment occurs in the upper neck. Upper neck problems lead to low back pain, sciatica, mid back pain, and a variety of other health conditions. For this reason, an emphasis on your neck will be made during your evaluation.
